Therapeutic sessions of 60 minutes
My multidisciplinary methods have an immediate effect.
Everyone’s therapy is unique. Some of my clients find that a few sessions are helpful, but the vast majority of my clients attend weekly sessions on a long-term basis. We can decide together, which therapeutic process suits you best, according to your necessities.
In some cases, therapy via telephone and/or Skype/Discord may be possible.
Therapy fees:
Sessions are not covered by health insurance plans. Fees are standard to the field. In a commitment to maintain an equitable practice I reserve some reduced fee/sliding scale places for clients who would currently struggle to pay the regular fee.
Regular fee for an individual session: 120€ for one full hour of 60 minutes.
Making the effort requires an investment of energy, time and money. We all get comfortable in patterns of behavior even though they may not be working for us. Therapy is an investment and the most important one that you could do in your life! Just think of the benefits you will have.
The first step is to reach out for help and to know that it is never shameful to ask for help when you need it.
As your therapist , I am strongly dedicated to assisting you in resolving your issues in a professional and safe environment in every step of your therapeutic process.

With the increasing complexity of modern life it has become important to learn how to deal with the problems and pressures of living. Stress is an issue which sometimes exceeds our limits in such a way that we think that we cannot do anything about it.
Stress management will give you a variety of tools that will teach you healthier ways to cope with stress and prevent it from escalating out of control again in the future.
These techniques will also teach you how to remain calm, achieving balance and clearness of mind.
Wilhelm Reich was the founder of the Character Analysis. His method uses acting outs, breathing and massage techniques in order to mobilize emotions and to set free the vital energy of the organism. His methodology (Vegetotherapy, Orgontherapy) had a great impact on the further developments of body oriented psychotherapy approaches such as Bionergetics Analysis, Core Energetics, Biodynamic, Boyesen methodology, Hakomi, Feldenkreis, Rolfing, etc.
Parental and cultural structures of modern society build up a demanding environment since the early days of our childhood. We must be in a certain way:“We must have success in life”, “we must behave well”, “we must be nice” etc., are some of the messages that will become part of our future belief system.
We learn to be functional and restrain our real feelings and motivations, we are under pressure without even realizing it. These are some reasons that can lead us to a life crisis, the sensation that we are “not fitting in” anymore.
Some symptoms of life crisis are: anger, isolationism, frustration, despair and depression.
During the therapeutic journey you will learn:
How to change your belief system to one that suits you.
How to reinforce your assertiveness and self- esteem.
How to enhance your cognitive an emotional abilities.
You will move from frustration to creation by becoming pro-active in your life, not trying to do what you have been told, but to do what supports you.
Love sickness is usually harmless but can also lead to serious physical or mental illness. A romantic relationship includes a series of expectations, dreams and wishes. When these are not fulfilled we suffer from disappointment, sadness and longing. Usually we recover from this condition when the chemicals in our brains are back to its acceptable parameters. Sometimes these feelings and behaviors are deeply rooted in our psyche and it is necessary to intervene with professional support.
By uncovering and understanding the fears that you may have picked up earlier in your life, you will recover parts of your Self, that you might have thought lost during or after your romantic relationship.
Through very practical strategies you will learn:
How to strengthen your personality.
How to have a healthy romantic relationship.
There are a lot of challenges that a relationship can have. Couples may struggle with different issues in their relationship: relational behavioral patterns that might endanger the relationship, communication problems, inter-cultural differences, infidelity, the impact of the birth of their first child, changes in their lives caused by marriage or moving together.
While I can’t guarantee the outcome for any given relationship, I can ensure a safe and respectful setting to explore whatever issues the client want to discuss.
Smoking is not only an addiction, it includes emotions, family issues and social environments.
Psychotherapy helps you to not only explore the triggers at the root of your smoking behavior but also to develop tools to promote healthier habits of living.
Fear is an emotion that puts the organism in a state of physical and psychological stress. Human beings typically have three ways of responding to this stress : escaping, fighting or freezing. We are afraid when we perceive a specific situation happening in the present as a treat to our life’s integrity.
It is important to discern fear from anxiety. Anxiety appears as the result of the expectation of a future threat that is perceived to be uncontrollable. Social anxiety involves a fear of being embarrassed or judged negatively in social situations, which leads to isolationism.
Phobias are a type of anxiety disorder, commonly defined as a persistent fear of an object or situation. The individual overreacts irrationally to the actual danger posed.
●Claustrophobia: Fear of confined spaces. e.g Lifts, cars, trains.
●Agoraphobia:Fear of open spaces or of being in crowded, public places like markets.
●Altophobia: Fear of heights.
●Bacillophobia: Fear of microbes.
●Zoophobia: Fear of animals.
●Aichmophobia- Fear of needles or pointed objects.
●Anthropophobia: Fear of people, society.
●Panic attack: It is a discrete period of intense fear or discomfort emerging from either a calm or anxious state, presenting symptoms like palpitations, sweating, shaking, etc.
It describes an intense fear and avoidance of public embarrassment, humiliation, or social interaction, e.g. public speaking.
●Fear of the future.
●Fear of death.
●Fear of the unknown.
●Fear of uncertainty.
The treatment for anxiety depends of how you experience anxiety and related to other issues such as depression, past trauma, family or relational problems.
Bullying is an issue that we are increasingly confronted with. Emotional abuse at school, our workplace, community, neighborhood or online happens quite often by family, friends, co-workers and superiors.
The question is, how to react without violence?
I can offer help you stay healthy and confront your situation with determination.
Disagreements and arguments are part of our lives, as individuals, groups or organizations. Conflict resolution is a way for two or more parties to find a peaceful solution to a dispute among them.
Conflict resolution techniques offer a solution that all parties can agree with. They open the gate of change. The goal of negotiation is to give the groups in conflict the opportunity to grow and improve their relationship.
Life means change. Sometimes we do not feel prepared to accept change and even we fear it. Change is the only a constant in life and that presents challenges we should face in order to grow.
If we are influenced by the routine of our behavioral and cognitive patterns, it might be difficult to achieve a fulfilling life. What we should do instead is recognize that courage is required to go one’s own way, that mistakes are inevitable, and that the outcome is authenticity.
The real challenge lies in accepting each person’s possibilities.
During the life coaching empowerment process you will:
●Develop your own methodology to achieving your goals.
●Expand your intuition and your mind.
●Open yourself to new ideas.
●Achieve your potential for your professional and personal life.
Interpersonal communication involves explicit and implicit messages.
Explicit communication solely through the means of words tells us just a part of an individuals` motivations.
We get the whole picture when we are able to read the implicit interaction expressed through non-verbal behaviors.
We can lie with words but our body is incapable of deception. All our emotional history is written in our body, the way we move, the way we stand, our gestures, facial expressions and tone of voice reveal who we are.
Non- verbal communication is very important in our interaction with others, we usually perceive and react to the body language unconsciously.
The training in non -verbal communication:
●Explores the hidden history of your body.
●Enhances your awareness of your body language
●Enhances your capacity of communicating in an integrative and assertive way.
●Reinforces the relationship between you and other people, personally and professionally.
There are several personality disorders we can find in our culture. A personal disorder is characterized by a rigid and unhealthy pattern of thinking and behaving. This causes social dysfunctionality and limitations in personal and working relationships.
I am specialized in psychosis, schizoid and psycho- affective personality disorders.
My approach offers an alternative to pharmaceutical treatment by psychiatric institutions. The therapy is based on ethno psychiatric research studies. The client adopts an active role in his/her own healing process, developing his/her own ideas and strategies and working hand in hand with the therapist.
While I do not heal any personality disorder, (there is no known cure for those disorders) I can ensure a safe and respectful environment to help the client to develop a methodology, which might improve his/her quality of life.
